Dr. Stalker discusses key deficiencies in the current Climate Science and how his approach, implemented in the RESPR platform, helps overcome those deficiencies.
RESPR Climate Change Solutions, a division of RESPR, was created to specifically address the global climate crisis for accurately and quantitatively assessing the change and ascertaining mitigation strategies employed by Countries and Territories over the Globe.
When it comes to climate change and the crisis it presents, politics must be separated from the actual work to be undertaken to address it. The climate crisis should not just be about creating jobs or pushing for "green" investments, etc. It must actually be about solving the problem using the RESPR Climate Change Solutions. Otherwise, as two examples, California would still be experiencing wildfires and Miami would still be under the threat of Sea Level Rise, long after all the time, effort, and investments are expended based on the current deficient science solutions.
Dr. Stalker developed the cutting-edge RESPR weather/climate simulation platform to address and solve the climate crisis and many others (e.g., short-term weather forecasting) and his computationally demanding approach produces tremendous value and benefit to the end users from countries to businesses to individuals. In other words, the relatively high price of RESPR Climate Change Solutions is a Feature, not a bug, as Dr. Stalker explains. This Feature underpins his product's ability to solve the actual problem. RESPR Climate Change Solutions recommends 30 years of atmospheric data simulated using the cutting-edge RESPR platform, developed based on the Stalker method, in three batches of 10 years each. Each consecutive 10 years of atmospheric simulations will ascertain resources, losses, climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies with increased refinement of variability. By the time 30 years are simulated, Country governments and their private sector partners will know robustly what type of resources are available and how effective their climate change mitigation strategies are going to be on minimizing their carbon footprint on the Globe.
RESPR Climate Change Solutions recommends 30 years of atmospheric data simulated using the cutting-edge RESPR platform, developed based on the Stalker method, in three batches of 10 years each. These simulated atmospheric data are proven to be on par with site measurements, often exhibiting single-digit error rates, based on prior validation efforts conducted at different locations over several years. As part of these multi-year project efforts, a detailed list of recommendations will be delivered, describing up to 100 use cases. Ten of these use cases will be tackled in an in-depth manner, in close consultation with the Country's development team. Implementation strategies based on these 10 use cases for the optimal GDP growth will also be included in the project report. Countries are given the option to establish one or more Stalker Research Institutes (SRIs) at their prominent Universities. Dr. Stalker will guide faculty and students in the closely related areas of the weather/climate simulation science as part of a capacity building effort for their countries for the long haul.
